Immediately after you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link which you should click to confirm the order. After acceptance of the order and receiving the payment we will begin processing the order, and you will be kept up to date on how our work is progressing.

Waiting time for orders depends of availability of the products. If the product is not available in stock or if it is custom made, estimated production time is 4 weeks. Product available in stock are sent right away.
