Remember that the team is built by relations, people, but also by shared symbols! In our sport, these include tabards, fabric aventails, belt numbers and banners/flags.

What is the process of ordering tabards?
Step one: your idea and contact
The first and most important part of ordering a tabard is for you to get in touch with us. You can do it on Facebook, email or instagram - anywhere we can exchange graphics.

You don't have to have a ready-made idea with a drawing! Just describe your initial vision, colors, concept and our designer will guide you, give suggestions and ideas.
It is also at this point that you will find out what current deadlines we have for your order.
You can also come with a finished design for a quote - this will shorten the whole process, but is not necessary to get started! You don't need to know how to draw or create computer graphics. Even the simplest drawing will be useful!
Tabards can be decorated with embroidery, trimmed colorful edges, appliqués, dagging on the edges of the sleeves or body and more.
Step two: Visualization of the dream project, pricing, measurements and payment
This is usually the longest stage. Together with our designer, based on the established ideas, you will create a step-by-step design of the tabard with its visualization. It will be presented in this style:
Pricing:
Wondering how much it costs? We price each element separately, you know exactly what and how much it costs. You can freely remove and add more customizations, while other prices are clear and do not change. In addition, we have discounts for team orders!
PLEASE NOTE: Single custom tabards are more expensive per one tabard by 30% than tabards in group orders. This is due to work that has to be done regardless of size of the order.
Therefore, if you are planning a tabard for yourself, why not buy two right away?
Why such a decision? A wide range of customization, a very long and expensive customer service process makes it impossible to sell a single tabard at standard prices.
The moment you know the price, we have agreed on the pattern, colors and you have accepted the visualization we will ask you for your measurements. Here we have created a guide on how to measure for a tabard: MEASURING GUIDE
What is the form of payment? In the case of a single tabard, payment is in full in advance. For group orders - depending on the complexity of the order, the amount, the number of tabards, we accept a deposit of 30-50%. You can also pay full in advance - this often significantly speeds up the last stage - shipping.
Step three: Production process - this is the time when you don't need to do anything more and we do everything to satisfy you!
We already have your measurements, your idea is already complete, we can give you an exact deadline. Usually we set a preliminary date already in the first step, but often the time of determining the final design, your consultations with your whole team, changes in details or colors of decorations take a long time. That's why we can only guarantee the final deadline at this very moment.
It is now that you can ask us for photos from production process or watch our social media where we often show our work in progress!
Step four: Photos, packing and shipping.
After finishing the order, we do a mini photo shoot, send you the photos, remove loose threads, pack the tabards and wait for the courier!

Because without a belt the tabard is incomplete! The belt supports the tabard, creates visual symmetry of your body in the armor, and allows you to hang a belt number and items such as sidearms. Belts don't have to be boring and black!
