Duel shields must be made in a different technology than the bohurt ones. The use of leather on the rims of such a large shield would increase weight enormously, and no duelist can afford that. That is why, we replaced leather with material. We stick the plywood around with a rope, then we stick a strip of material around it. Only the top canvas is glued onto the prepared base. This construction of the shield is the most optimal design for duels.
Shield in basic version is unpainted. If you want any specific painting - use our Designer or contact us for the quote for detailed designs.
