Well made tabard is a key for great appearance.
We understand it in two ways. First of all, tabard protects your brigantine and gambeson from the dirt, scratches and cuts.
Secondly, it’s the element that strikes the eye firstly. We know, that overall appearance of the armour is mostly based on three elements: helmets, legs and – tabards.
Tabards are also crucial on the very battlefield – you must be always recognizable to your teammates! That’s why you can have (and should!) your own colours or symbols.

All measures must be taken wearing an armour.
A. Neck circumference
B. Chest circumference
C. Hips circumference
D. Arm length from top of the shoulder to wrist
E. Elbow circumference (arm bent, maximal circumference with leaf)
F. Total weight (without armor)
G. Total height
