A complete dueling setup combining a one-handed sword with a fuller and a lightweight duel shield — designed for speed, control, and performance.

One-Handed Sword – Type XII (Oakeshott)

An excellent choice for enthusiasts of medieval combat. Inspired by historical patterns, the blade is based on Type XII in Ewart Oakeshott’s typology.

Balance & Handling

The extended fuller improves balance and comfort during fencing, while the Type I pommel ensures dynamic movement and precise control.

Durable Construction

Made from hardened spring steel, the blade offers strength and resilience. The crossguard and pommel are securely mounted to prevent loosening while maintaining a historically accurate look.

Authenticity & Grip

Drawing from European traditions of the 13th–15th centuries, the sword fits seamlessly with various armor styles. The wooden handle, wrapped in natural leather, provides a secure and ergonomic grip.

Duel Shield

Designed specifically for dueling, this shield uses a different construction than heavy buhurt shields to reduce weight and improve mobility.

Optimized Construction

• Plywood base reinforced with rope along the edges
• Fabric used instead of leather to reduce weight
• Outer material layer applied for durability and flexibility

This design ensures the best balance between protection and agility for duelists.
