Advanced Reinforcement System
Most shields on the market use either rope with fabric or leather sewn on the edges — both solutions have limitations. Without leather, the plywood deteriorates quickly. Sewn leather, on the other hand, tends to wear off over time, exposing the shield to damage.
GoHurt Technology
To eliminate these issues, we combine all effective reinforcement methods:
• 8 mm thick rope glued onto a 10 mm plywood base
• 2.5–3 mm thick leather glued to the rope and edges
This construction significantly improves durability, protects the structure from damage, and maintains the shield’s integrity even under heavy use.
