Construction

The blade is made from hardened spring steel and features a fuller for improved balance. The crossguard and pommel are mounted to minimize loosening and reduce the risk of handle damage, while maintaining historically accurate construction methods. Each piece is hot-forged for maximum durability.

Grip & Ergonomics

The tang is built on a wooden core to achieve the correct handle shape, then wrapped in wet-stitched natural cowhide leather for a precise fit. A special leather embossing technique and a central grip ring ensure stability and prevent movement during use.
