Buhurt Shield – Reinforced Construction
Designed for maximum durability and long-term performance in full-contact combat.
Advanced Construction
We use a combination of reinforcement techniques to create a strong, reliable shield:
• 8 mm rope glued onto a 10 mm plywood base
• 2.5–3 mm thick leather glued to the rope and edges
• Additional internal layer forming a composite structure
This multi-layer construction significantly increases resistance to impact and extends the lifespan of the shield.
Durability & Maintenance
Built to withstand intensive use — only the outer paint may require occasional refreshing over time.
Customization
The shield can be painted in one color as standard. More detailed designs and custom artwork are available and priced individually.
