Built for durability and long-term performance, using a combination of reinforcement techniques to withstand intensive combat use.
Advanced Construction
We combine multiple reinforcement methods to maximize strength:
• 8 mm rope glued onto a 10 mm plywood base
• 2.5–3 mm thick leather glued to the rope and edges
• Additional internal layer creating a composite structure
This results in a highly durable shield with extended lifespan, even under heavy impacts.
Maintenance
The construction is designed to last — only the outer paint may require occasional refreshing after intensive use.
Customization
The shield can be painted in one color as standard. More complex designs and custom artwork are available and priced individually.
