Our gauntlets are a compromise between comfort and safety.
Fully enclosed thumb gives you the option to fight with the halberd. The use of different thicknesses of the metal sheet causes that our gloves are not too heavy. Moreover, they are also suitable for fighting with a long sword.
Padding consist of two layers of fabric with 3 layers of filling. Inside we use soft goat leather strengthened with strong and hard leather strips in sensitive areas. Often on the market you can find heavy clunky gloves that are advertised as necessary for a halberd. However, let’s take a look at the top halberds from the world, do you really see the propositions from the photos of the traders on their hands?
We have a lot of experience in combat, thanks to it we found out that GoHurt gauntlets work both with two-handed and one-handed weapons!
Measurements
We would need two following measurements:
- Palm length – from tip of the middle finger to wrist
- Circumference around knuckles (widest point of the hand)
Gauntlet can be also made for the left hand - just let us know!
